I went to Lush for the first time a couple of days ago. I went in and someone who worked there approached me very quickly and told me about the promotions. Being my first time, I wasn't sure what to do, so I basically just sniffed everything to see if I would like it or not. I bought a Honey I Washed the Kids soap which I love and a massage bar. I want to go again sometime soon but this time I want to get some samples (cause I see everyone getting some except me) and some demos on how things work. How would I ask for them? What kind of samples do they give out? The samples I'm talking about are little holders for creams and hair products. I sometimes even see people with samples of the different kinds of soaps.
Just confidently speak up and say, "I'm not too sure about how I'll like this, is there any way to grab just a small sample of it?"
