Hansgrohe Axor

I want to know how shower heads are manufactured, the stainless steel ones?
more specifically the hansgrohe/axor products shower heads
do they make a mould? and what if it is not only metal, but a mixture
Stainless steel ingot is placed in a hopper, and a small crane is used to dump the hopper full of steel into a chute. The chute dumps the steel ingot into a cave where tiny gnomes carve out the shower heads with rudimentary implements. This is a point of much controversy considering the conditions and wages are generally considered substandard....expect a showerhead gnome uprising in the near future.
