Guitar players, do you prefer nickel wound or stainless steel strings?
and why?
I prefer nickel wound because they are “spongier” and more flexible and I get artificial harmonics easier with them. however, stainless steel seems to have a longer life and brighter tone. its “bitter sweet”

I've always played Nickel, and liked what I got and i'm a firm believer in the 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' train of thought.
